4.1. Products requiring assessment or repair may need to be returned to the manufacturer or their designated service centre. The manufacturer will assess the product to determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repair or replacement.
5. Liability and Costs
5.1. Telappliant will not be liable for any delay incurred as a result of goods that need to be returned to the manufacturer, particularly for products sourced from abroad. An example is Netgate, a manufacturer based in the United States. Telappliant will act on behalf of the client to liaise with Netgate to ensure a smooth return process.
6.1. The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, improper handling, unauthorised modifications, or any actions that void the warranty as specified in the product documentation.
7.1. Telappliant shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of the manufacturer’s warranty, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
